We give you the option to be remembered by MuchLoved so that you can access your site without the need for password entry each time. This can also be enabled for your invited guests. This in no way compromises security or allows anyone else to access if you have kept your website private. We just wanted to have a way which enables you to keep your ‘door’ to your website always open to you and your guests.

How reliable is the hosting?

We understand that reliable hosting is key to you and we use a leading IT web hosting company to host our services. This ensures continuous fast access for our users and backing up of information on a regular basis.

Can I access my website from another computer?

Yes – although you will then need to know your password details.

What if I forget my password details?

Don’t worry. You will have the option to ask us to email your password to your registered email address.
