Background picture on our tributes

I'm trying to make a tribute to my son. I chose the garden background picture from the list.It looked great, but then it disapeared. I have looked at other tributes and their background choice is no longer shown either. Why are the background pictures no longer showing? Is anyone else having this problem or just me?  I had the water and water lilly.
